American football can be a particularly tough sport, and it’s inevitable that players will get some bruises during the game. Viewing the image, we can’t help but cringe at the thought of the pain when the shoe must have connected with the face. In Antonio Brown’s defense, he was only attempting to leap over the other player, Spencer Lanning, but he unfortunately mistimed the jump, leading to the outcome you see. Although it might have been accidental, the game officials considered the kick to be intentional and fined Antonio a substantial $8,200. There’s no doubt that this perfectly captured photo has the potential to become meme-worthy.
